After the paint dries

What we stand behind.

If something we painted fails because of our workmanship, we come back and make it right. That's the whole promise — written into your scope before we start, in plain language.

If something goes wrong

A company that fixes problems fast earns more trust than one that pretends they never happen. Here is exactly what we do when something goes wrong — in plain language.

  1. You tell us — we acknowledge it

Call or text (825) 964-4310 and tell us what you're seeing — photos help. No ticket queues, no call centre: you talk to the painter who did the work, and we respond as soon as we see it.

  2. We fix first

If it's our workmanship, we come back and make it right — the promise written into your scope before we start. We look at it, tell you plainly whether it's ours to fix, and we don't argue while your wall waits.

  3. Everything is documented

The issue, your photos, what we found and what we fixed — written down and shared with you. If a pattern ever shows up across jobs, it changes how we work.

Covered

  • Peeling, flaking or blistering

If paint lifts or bubbles because of how we prepped or applied it, that's on us.

  • Missed spots and uneven finish

If the walkthrough missed something — a thin patch, a line that shouldn't be there — we come back and fix it.

  • Adhesion failures

Paint that doesn't stick because the surface wasn't prepared right is a workmanship failure, and we make it right.

Not covered

  • Substrate failure

If the surface underneath was already failing — crumbling drywall, rotting wood, plaster letting go — paint can't save it, and we can't warrant what we didn't build.

  • Water and moisture damage

Leaks, flooding, condensation and the damage they cause are outside our control — fix the water first, then we repaint.

  • Damage after handover

Furniture moved against fresh paint, movers' scuffs, tenants, kids' artwork — life happens, and we happily fix it, but it's a new job, not a warranty call.

  • Normal wear

Paint wears where hands land — around switches, handles and corners. That's honest use, not a failure.

  • Colour choice

Colour is confirmed with physical samples in your own light before we open a can — we stand behind the application, not the choice.

How long does this last?

We don't publish a fixed warranty period. What we do is simpler: for a reasonable period after completion, if something fails because of our workmanship, we come back and make it right. Your written scope states the exact promise for your job — agreed in writing before we start.
