The Huetura plan
A franchise pilot — not yet accepting applications.
Today Huetura is one Calgary painter: Meisam. The plan is bigger — painters who own their own territory, running the same documented standard, the Huetura Way. We are still proving the system on real jobs. When the pilot opens, this page will be the first to say so.
Where we are today
One painter, one city, one written sequence for every job. There are no franchisees, no fees, and no applications — this page exists so the plan is public from day one, not announced after the fact.
The worker-to-owner vision
Painting is honest work, and too often the person doing it gets the least say. The Huetura idea: the painter on the ladder is the owner of the territory — not an employee of a distant brand. When that day comes, the owner-operator will be someone who already paints like this.
How we will choose each other
This is the plan, not a process yet. When the pilot opens, selection will run both ways — this is what mutual selection looks like:
Meet the work first
No pitch decks. You start by seeing real Huetura jobs and the Huetura Way, exactly as customers experience them.
A day on the tools
Our signature step: shadow Meisam on a real job — prep, cut-in, rolling, cleanup. You see what the standard costs in effort; we see how you paint.
Prove the standard yourself
Before any agreement, you run a real job by the book — drop cloths, two coats, walkthrough — and the work is judged the way a customer's would be.
The Huetura Way
Every Huetura job follows the same seven steps, in the same order — the sequence is written down, not in anyone's head. One day it becomes the operations manual every franchisee runs.
What we will not tell you — yet
Because numbers only appear here when they are real:
- No franchise fee has been set.
- No royalty or territory model has been decided.
- No territories are taken — the map is Calgary, and it is still one painter.
- No earnings figures exist. When they do, they will be real, checkable job data — not projections.
