Estimates are estimates

Any price range shown on this site is preliminary — a starting point, not an offer and not a contract. A range only becomes a price once it's in writing, after we've seen the job on site or through your photos.

The written scope is the price

Before any work starts you get a written scope — surfaces, prep, coats, exclusions — and the exact price. The approved scope price stays fixed. It only changes if you approve a written change to the scope. Anything added later is agreed in writing first.

Colour renderings are approximations

The colour studio shows how a colour might look, not exactly how it will. Final colour is always confirmed with physical samples in your own light before we open a can.

Insurance and WCB

We don't currently carry business liability insurance or WCB coverage. What we do stand behind is written into your scope: if something we painted fails because of our workmanship, we come back and make it right.

Payments

We don't publish a fixed deposit policy or payment-method list. Payment timing and method are agreed with you in writing before any work starts.

Your photos

Photos you upload in the colour studio never leave your device. Photos you attach to an estimate request are used only to prepare your estimate — see our privacy policy for the full details.
